SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Kalamazoo Home Services LLC, doing business as Blue Wheel Pressure Washing and Blue Wheel Property Services (“Blue Wheel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
After you opt in, Blue Wheel may send recurring SMS or MMS messages about quote requests and follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, arrival and service-status updates, customer-care conversations, invoice or payment reminders, renewal notices, and occasional promotions for our home-service offerings.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in to informational and marketing messages by actively checking a separate optional SMS consent box on a Blue Wheel website form. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and the form can be submitted without agreeing to receive text messages. You may also initiate a text conversation with us or expressly consent during an inbound phone or in-person conversation for service-related, non-marketing messages. Blue Wheel keeps records of consent. Consent is specific to Blue Wheel and is not transferable. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies depending on your requests, service activity, and interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Blue Wheel text message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS or MMS messages unless you opt in again.
